WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME ?
Shipping takes 2 to 3 days. Delivery is generally done in 10 to 20 days anywhere in the world (except DOM-TOM where this can vary up to 1 month).
WHO CARES OF THE DELIVERY ?
Delivery is made by your local post. Our packages are taken care of by Post around the world and in the U.K.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?
A tracking number is attached to the sending confirmation email. It will be used to track your package around the world. To track your package, use the site of your national post. Your tracking number is also available in your order summary accessible from the order confirmation email you received when placing your order.
WHEN MY PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED ?
Your package is delivered during office hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). If you are not there, the postman will leave the package in the letter box or if there is no access you will have to pick up the package at your local post office. The postman will leave a message in this case to notify you.
I DIDN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT CAN I DO ?
Your package is probably delayed by U.K customs or we have a lot of orders like yours to ship. In this case, you have 30 days (from dispatch) to receive it. Beyond 30 days, you can request a refund or a commercial gesture will be made to thank you for your patience. In any case, we assure you that you will receive your package.
ABOUT RETURNS & REFUNDS
I DON'T LIKE MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO ?
You can return your order within 14 days for a refund or for an exchange. In the case of a refund, it will take 7 to 14 working days depending on the means of payment. For exchange, we will resend an item upon receipt of the returned one. BEFORE making a referral, contact us on Instagram or by email to discuss the terms.
DO I NEED TO PAY THE RETURN ?
Return costs are your responsibility. A refund is possible if the error is ours (defective product, wrong color / size etc.).

HOW MUCH TIME IT TAKES TO REFUND ?
If you pay by credit card the refund will be made by bank and it will take 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.
If you pay by PayPal, the refund will be made within 24 hours via express way directly to your PayPal / bank account.
